What we are building
Phase 1
Static schema to rebar plan (now)
Accept a static structural schema as DXF/DWG and produce the reinforced steel bar plan directly on the drawing. No manual sketch phase, no tracing.
Phase 2
Full building plan automation
Generate building plans from parameters such as building cost, work simplicity, construction time, and more. We will offer several options across fixed layout templates and construction methods so you can compare approaches before committing to a design.
Phase 3
Collaborative review
Real-time mark-up, version control, and client review built directly into the platform.
Pilot programme
Steel AI is currently in closed pilot. Outputs use a standardised template while the full engine is validated with design partners. We are actively collecting feedback to shape the product roadmap.
